Gifts for Geeks’ Favorite Dads

I’ll take a break from the normal nerdy items here for a few Father’s Day gift suggestions… Assuming your dad is a geek icon, of course.

If your dad is Darth Vader…
He’s big, black and shiny like a Nubian god (had to throw a Kevin Smith quote in here). That calls for an ArmorAll Gift Set. Even if your dad’s not the Dark Lord of the Sith, his mid-life crisismobile might need some sprucing up.

If your dad is Doctor Henry Jones…
You may never live up to your dad’s approval. Or he might not consider infiltrating Nazi castles to be real archaeology. So, go on your last crusade solo while your dad sits at home reading The World Encyclopedia of Archaeology: The World’s Most Significant Sites and Cultural Treasures.

If your dad is Sarek…
Logic is but the beginning of Wisdom. Vulcans practice their logic throughout their entire life through puzzles and games. Abalone was voted the Euro Game of the Decade and would be a great addition to family game night.

If your dad is Peter Griffin…
His own father told him he was a fat drunk. Fair enough… I’d throw a Peter Griffen quote in here, but they’re just not as funny without his voice. Anyway, get your dad a membership in the Beer of the Month Club.
